The velvety softness of this blanket comes from using 85% lambswool and 15% cashmere, both sustainably sourced. The higher percentage of lambswool adds durability. Together the wools offer the twin benefits of being both hypoallergenic and anti-microbial. This in turn means that these blankets are perfect for people with sensitive skin.

Made under the John Atkinson brand name by Hainsworth, the quality of craftsmanship in each blanket is splendid. Made using wool from the best quality fleeces sourced from sheep farms in Australia and New Zealand, which is then expertly blended before being spun into yarn. Woven on the widest looms in the UK, with 235 years of experience.

The larger brush for cashmere has a beautiful pearwood handle, while the small cashmere brush has a light coloured beechwood handle.
